I am a consultant solicitor who resolves disputes in the context of both families and property. My practice encompasses all aspects of relationship breakdown and the financial arrangements; including pre and post nuptial agreements, divorce and financial remedy proceedings, cohabitant disputes and children matters.

Whether you are married or living together, the breakdown of a relationship is stressful and quality advice is crucial, particularly if your dispute involves significant assets or there is an international element.

When seeking to resolve a dispute I encourage a conciliatory approach and private settlement that is both timely and conflict free. However I am attuned to the complex dynamics that can play out in relationships, particularly those marred with domestic violence, and I endorse a robust approach to the resolution of disputes when required.

I am experienced at resolving disputes between cohabitants regarding property rights, and I have a demonstrated history of achieving successful outcomes for clients in both the civil and family courts.

I also advise on property matters including landlord disputes, housing related matters and judicial review of decisions made by public authorities. I work directly with charities to prevent homelessness in London.

I practise at Burke Niazi, a well-established London law firm, and my profile can be found here.
